Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for opportunities across Greater London, including Richmond, Southfields, Brentford and Knightsbridge. The basic salary is £40,000–£42,000, with on-target earnings of up to £120,000 including commission and bonus, making this a strong fit for an HCPC-registered audiologist or hearing aid dispenser who is motivated by high-quality patient care and uncapped earning potential.
You will provide personalised hearing care, with extended appointment times that allow you to understand each patient’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions. The role involves assessing hearing, discussing treatment options and dispensing hearing aids, supported by a broad choice of manufacturers.
You will use clinical equipment and techniques including video otoscopy, tympanometry, speech testing and real-ear measurements. Microsuction and irrigation tools are also available, with training in wax removal offered if required. You will travel between clinics, so a full UK driving licence is necessary.
The commission structure includes up to 20% on dispenses, with no cap, and quarterly bonuses. A three-week induction, follow-up support and tailored development plans are provided. The role is advertised as full-time, though flexible working options can be discussed.
Our client is a growing hearing care provider operating across multiple locations in Greater London. Its approach centres on giving audiologists time to deliver thorough, individual care, with access to a wide range of hearing aid manufacturers and clinical equipment.
The package includes a company car or car allowance, gym membership, a health cash plan, 25 days’ annual leave and a volunteering day. The medical cash plan includes counselling, round-the-clock GP access and a shopping discount platform. Commission and bonus payments contribute to the advertised on-target earnings.
Applicants should be HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispensers or Audiologists; those awaiting registration may also be considered. A full UK driving licence is required because the role involves travel between clinics.
You will bring a genuine commitment to high-quality patient care and an interest in providing personalised hearing solutions. The opportunity is open to people moving from NHS or private practice, as well as those returning to work after a break. The induction and follow-up support are designed to help with the transition into the role.
This role may suit an audiologist or hearing aid dispenser looking to develop their career in hearing care while giving patients time and attention. It could also appeal to someone seeking a new setting after NHS or private practice, returning after a break, or interested in discussing flexible working.
The role covers Greater London, covering Richmond, Southfields, Brentford, Knightsbridge and other locations. Travel between clinics is required.
