Access to and use of this website (flamehealth.com) (“the Site”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not access, use, or submit material to the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Flame Health Associates LLP (“Flame Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an LLP registered in England and Wales (partnership no. OC364544).

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over in the UK and Ireland, and for organisations based in the UK and Ireland. Users elsewhere access the Site at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

• All information is complete, true and accurate, and relates solely to you.
• You have the right to share the information and are not breaching any confidentiality or third-party rights.
• Your submission does not contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.

You allow Flame Health to store, process, format and share your materials for the purpose of providing recruitment services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your CV or details with a client without your agreement, and we will not publish your personal data.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All design, code, text, graphics, images and other material on this Site are the copyright of Flame Health Associates LLP or its licensors.

You may electronically copy or print portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. If you are an authorised representative of an organisation working with Flame Health, you may copy limited portions of the Site for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Seeking information about our recruitment or consultancy services
• Searching for permanent or contract roles
• Seeking candidates for vacancies

Any other use, including modification, distribution, republication or commercial exploitation, is prohibited without our written consent. All copies must retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, provided for convenience only. Flame Health does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of linked sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Interactive Features

If you post material on any public interactive feature of the Site (such as blog comments), you grant Flame Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that material on the Site. You are responsible for what you post and must ensure it does not infringe the rights of others or break any law. This section does not apply to CVs or applications, which are covered by Section 2.

9. General Provisions

• Access restriction: we may deny access to any user or organisation at our discretion.
• Employment restrictions: you are responsible for ensuring that any applications or placements you pursue via Flame Health comply with your existing employment or contractual obligations.
• Events beyond our control: we are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. power failure, cyber-attack or governmental action).
• Use of our name: you may not use Flame Health’s name or trademarks for publicity without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
