Flame Health Optometry are proud to be working with an independent, award-winning optical practice based in the heart of London, renowned for its exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and forward-thinking approach.

We’re supporting our client in recruiting passionate optical professionals to join their dynamic and highly skilled team.

We are seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained within an independent practice setting.

This is a highly clinical position, perfect for someone confident in complex dispensing and paediatric work. You will also play an active role in practice management, helping to lead a talented team of 14 (with approximately 5 staff on site at any given time).

Key Requirements:

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong independent practice background
• Confident handling complex and paediatric dispensing cases
• Leadership or management experience desirable
