Flame Health Audiology have been instructed by our client to recruit an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist in Wandsworth, offering circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus scheme.
This opportunity suits an experienced clinician seeking greater autonomy, modern technology and the opportunity to take ownership of established clinics and customer outcomes.
You will take ownership of two successful hearing care clinics, supported by a loyal customer base and strong operational and administrative assistance.
Your responsibilities will include delivering customer-centred hearing care, completing advanced diagnostic assessments, supporting customers throughout their hearing care journey and recommending appropriate solutions from the full product portfolio.
The clinics provide access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations, with structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations. You will act as an ambassador for the organisation, building long-term customer relationships while maintaining responsibility for clinic performance and clinical standards.
The role is flexible and may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.

Excellent administrative and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to take ownership of clinic performance and customer outcomes.
