Flame Health Audiology have been instructed by our client, a leading private hearing healthcare provider, to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite post based on Wigmore Street, Central London. The package includes a basic salary of £38,000 to £40,000, uncapped monthly commission and the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses, making this a strong fit for an HCPC-qualified audiologist who enjoys combining clinical work with a commercial approach.
The role is split between the Wigmore Street hearing centre and visiting patients in their own homes, so it suits someone who is confident working across both clinic and community settings. Day to day, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms and customer records accurately on the company CMS, and follow the standard consultation and wider company working practices.
You will also recommend and sell the most appropriate hearing solutions within agreed timescales, while delivering premium after-sales support and responding promptly to service calls. Keeping your knowledge current in line with HCPC CPD requirements will be an important part of the role.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, with a focus on life-changing support for customers. The organisation offers private health insurance after a qualifying period, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, an employee assistance programme for you and your family, employee discounts, long service awards and a supportive culture.
It is also an Investor in People Gold accredited company, which reflects a structured and people-focused environment.
You will need to be a qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD with current HCPC registration, and be a member of BSHAA or prepared to become one. Strong IT skills are required to use the company systems and audiometry equipment confidently, alongside good time and workload management so you can work in a planned and structured way.
A current driving licence is essential, as is the ability to provide premium customer care and work with an aptitude for sales. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or EU without restriction, as visa sponsorship is not available.
This role will appeal to an audiologist who wants a mix of clinical assessment, patient contact and product recommendation, rather than a purely desk-based position. It will suit someone who is motivated by quality service, comfortable with home visits, and looking for a role where commercial awareness and professional standards go hand in hand.
The post is based on Wigmore Street in Central London, with a split between the hearing centre and patient homes across the local area. The setting offers straightforward access to the West End and is well connected by public transport.
