Flame Health Audiology have been instructed by our client, a leading provider of private hearing healthcare, to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite role in Brentwood. This position offers a basic salary of £38,000 to £40,000 per annum, with uncapped commission, quarterly and annual bonus potential, and a car allowance or company car option, making it well suited to an HCPC-registered audiologist with a confident, commercially aware approach.
You will split your time between the Brentwood hearing centre and visiting patients in their own homes, delivering a service that combines clinical assessment with tailored hearing solutions. Day to day, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms, maintain accurate customer records on the company CMS system, and ensure all information is synchronised daily.
The role also includes working in line with company consultation standards and established working practices, while providing prompt after-sales support to resolve queries or service issues professionally. You will need to keep your knowledge current in line with HCPC CPD requirements and work to specified timeframes, balancing patient care with a structured, organised approach.
Our client is part of a major international hearing care group and operates within private hearing healthcare, with a clear focus on delivering life-changing support to patients. The wider business has a strong presence across multiple markets and works within a collaborative, multinational environment.
The package reflects a people-focused culture, with private health insurance after a qualifying period, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, an employee assistance programme for you and your family, and a range of additional benefits including discounts and long service recognition.
You will need to be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, or a pre-registered HAD, with current HCPC registration. Membership of BSHAA is expected or you should be prepared to join, and you must hold a current driving licence. You will also need sufficient IT confidence to use company systems and audiometry equipment.
The right person will combine premium customer care with a genuine aptitude for sales, alongside strong time management and a well-planned, methodical approach to workload. Eligibility to work in the UK or EU without restriction is essential, as visa sponsorship is not available.
This role will suit an audiologist who enjoys a mix of clinic-based work and home visits, and who wants to take real ownership of both assessment and aftercare. It will also appeal to someone who is comfortable recommending appropriate solutions and who values a role where patient service and commercial awareness go hand in hand.
Brentwood, Essex, offers a practical base for both local clinic work and home visits across the surrounding area. It is well placed for access to nearby amenities and transport links.
