The Role
In this position, you will take responsibility for delivering a professional dispensing service, ensuring patients receive tailored advice and an excellent overall experience.
You will work closely with clinical colleagues to maintain high standards throughout the patient journey, from initial consultation through to fitting and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
Providing expert dispensing advice, supporting frame selection, taking precise measurements, carrying out fittings and adjustments, and maintaining strong customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements
GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (Or Experienced Optical Advisor)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Patient-focused and professional approach
Previous independent practice experience beneficial
