Flame Health’s Audiology division is currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded healthcare provider to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist on a full or part-time basis based in the Gerrards Cross area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and clinically focused Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a busy and successful practice. The role offers genuine scope for both clinical development and long-term career progression, including the potential to progress towards partnership.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of patient-centred hearing care, working within a professional and supportive clinical environment. You will manage the full patient journey, from initial assessment through to fitting, aftercare and ongoing rehabilitation.

This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, alongside the opportunity to work within a well-established patient base.

Key Responsibilities
You will carry out comprehensive audiological assessments using calibrated audiometric and otoscopic equipment, in line with current clinical and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for recommending, fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.

The role also involves conducting follow-up and rehabilitation appointments, taking aural impressions where required, and maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records. Delivering an exceptional patient experience at every stage is central to this position.

Occasional support may be required across nearby locations, contributing to the wider success and coverage of the business.

Requirements
Applicants must be qualified Audiologists or Hearing Aid Dispensers, with current HCPC registration. A strong clinical skillset, combined with excellent communication and a patient-focused approach, is essential.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate commercial awareness, professionalism and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality hearing care.

Package & Benefits
A competitive basic salary of £40,000 (depending on experience) is on offer, alongside a strong performance-related bonus scheme, with realistic on-target earnings significantly enhancing overall package.
