Are you an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser looking to take the next step in your career by owning and running your own audiology business — without being alone?

The Opportunity

As an Audiology Partner, you will take ownership of your own business while continuing to deliver exceptional, patient-centred audiology care. You will play a vital role in improving hearing health within your local community, building long-term patient relationships and creating a sustainable business asset for you and your family.

You will be trusted to make day-to-day decisions while benefiting from access to industry-leading clinical technology, operational support, and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser
• HCPC registered (essential)
• Ambitious, motivated and ready to take ownership of a business
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
• Strong leadership, organisational and commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
