Salary: Up to 60K depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Opportunity

Flame Health Pharmacy are delighted to be working confidentially in partnership with a well-established independent community pharmacy to recruit a Pharmacist Manager for their West End branch in Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist or a newly qualified professional ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and patient-focused environment.
You’ll be joining a stable and dedicated team with long-standing members who take pride in delivering high-quality healthcare services to their local community.

The Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the pharmacy. You will lead your team to deliver excellent patient care, manage NHS and private service delivery, and develop relationships with local GPs and healthcare providers.
This role is ideal for someone motivated to grow professionally and play an active role in driving business performance, service development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
  • Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services to a high standard.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and local healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure full compliance with GPhC regulations and company SOPs.
  • Support, train, and lead an experienced pharmacy team.
  • Identify business development opportunities and drive service growth.
About You
  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential).
  • Experienced or newly qualified, with a desire to progress into management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Reliable and professional with a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Able to commute or relocate to the West End area before starting.
