Flame Health optometry team are working with a friendly, independent practice, renowned for their commitment to quality eyewear, expert styling, and outstanding customer care. They pride themselves on helping patients choose the perfect frames and lenses at a fair price—without compromising on style or service.

They are looking for an experienced Optical Advisor or Dispensing Optician with a flair for style and a passion for customer service. You’ll play a crucial role in:

• Advising on quality frames and state?of?the?art lenses
• Providing expert eyewear styling tailored to individual personality and face shape
• Delivering a superb customer journey, from initial consultation to final fitting
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Requirements

• Strong understanding of lens technologies and frame styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping people look and feel great
• Detail-oriented, proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
