A family-run independent opticians in Birmingham is looking to hire a full time Optical Advisor due to expansion.

The practice offers relaxed clinics and is known for its established patient base and well-qualified team. The role offers long-term progression opportunities and requires a commitment 5 days a week.

Test times 25-35 minutes

Salary: Dependent on experience
Equipment: Well equipped practice

Requirements:

Qualifications: Ideally qualified but not essential
Experience: Is Essential with excellent customer service skills, dispense at all levels, good knowledge of frames and lenses

Skills and Attributes:

Willingness to engage with all customers
Desire to help grow and develop the business
Ability to work as part of a friendly, close-knit team
Excellent communication skills
Patient-focused and dynamic approach
