Salary: £75,000 + Relocation Bonus

Flame Health Optometry are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, well-established independent group located in one of the most beautiful regions of the UK. This is an excellent role for an Optometrist who enjoys variety, values patient care, and is looking for a supportive, relaxed working environment.

About the Opportunity:
You will work across a cluster of seven modern, vibrant practices, all fully equipped with the latest technology including OCT. Each location is designed to provide a comfortable, air-conditioned environment for both patients and clinicians.

The group prides itself on an exceptional reputation within the community, supported by a loyal, long-standing patient base. Testing times are set at 40 minutes, with an average of just 10 patients per day, allowing for truly personalised care without pressure or sales targets.

Additional clinical services offered across the practices include EyeDream and Myopia Management, with full support available from a friendly Optometrist network, including an active WhatsApp group for daily communication.

Ideal Candidate:

• GOC-registered Optometrist
• Community-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable travelling between practices
• WOPEC accreditation desirable
• Independent Prescribing (IP) beneficial but not essential
