Flame Health is supporting an exciting 12-month maternity cover opportunity for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager covering Surrey & Hampshire. Key Job Details

Position: Optical Business Development Manager – 12 Month Maternity Cover
Location: Surrey & Hampshire, UK (Field-based with 0.5 day remote working)
Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum + £10,000 potential bonus
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:30–16:30, extensive travel across territory

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sales or account management

• Confident communicator able to influence at all levels of management
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
