Optical Advisor Job – Independent Practice – North Dublin

Salary: From €30,000 (DOE)

Flame Health Optometry is currently working on behalf of a thriving, independent Irish-owned optical practice based in North Dublin, recruiting for a personable and proactive Optical Advisor to join their well-regarded team.

The practice prides itself on a relaxed but professional atmosphere with a strong emphasis on patient care and satisfaction.

About the Role:

• As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
• Welcoming patients and managing appointments via the optical software system
• Advising on frame and lens selection with a keen eye for style and suitability
• Performing spectacle collections, repairs, and adjustments
• Handling general practice administration, phone/email queries, and supplier communications
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice with a hands-on and flexible approach

Job Detail:

Full-time: 5 days per week (9am–6pm) including some Saturdays
Part-time hours will also be considered
Permanent contract (subject to successful probation)
