Flame Health’s Hearing Care division is currently working in partnership with a well-established, patient-focused healthcare provider to recruit an Ear Wax Removal Practitioner for a clinic based in Gerrards Cross area.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective ear wax removal services, primarily using microsuction techniques, within a professional clinical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive a high standard of care, with a strong focus on comfort, communication and clinical excellence.
This role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, making it well-suited to practitioners seeking a balanced working pattern.
Key Responsibilities
You will carry out ear wax removal procedures in line with best practice and clinical guidelines, ensuring patient safety at all times. Providing clear advice, reassurance and aftercare support will be an important part of the role, alongside maintaining accurate clinical records.
Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, while maintaining a professional and patient-centred approach.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a recognised microsuction or ear wax removal qualification and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high standards of care. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
A proactive attitude and willingness to continue developing clinically are highly valued within this role.
Package & Benefits
A competitive salary of up to £27,000 (FTE, depending on experience) is available, alongside a performance-related bonus scheme. The role offers flexible working options, with a minimum of three days per week.
