Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit an Optical Advisor for a full-time or part-time position in Saffron Walden, offering £29,000–£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

As Optical Advisor, you will support the smooth running of a busy optical practice while ensuring every patient receives attentive, professional service. You will build rapport with customers and colleagues both face to face and over the telephone, contributing positively to the patient experience at every stage.
Working as part of an established team, you will be expected to perform to a high standard and use your communication skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
