Flame Health Optometry is working with an established optical practice in Haverhill, Suffolk, seeking a full-time or part-time Optical Advisor.

Offering a salary of £28,000–£29,000 per annum, this role suits an experienced customer-focused professional who wants to develop their career within a supportive optical environment.

About the Job

As Optical Advisor, you will help deliver a positive customer journey while supporting the smooth running of the practice. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, advising on frames, lenses, optical products and services, and helping individuals select eyewear suited to their needs.

You will take accurate measurements, ensure eyewear is fitted correctly, provide aftercare and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the optical journey. You will also support colleagues with daily practice operations and work towards individual and team targets.
