The role involves supporting customers throughout their optical journey, from the initial consultation through to dispensing and collection. You will provide personalised advice on frames and lenses, taking account of visual requirements, lifestyle and budget.
You will take accurate measurements, ensure spectacles are fitted correctly and maintain high professional standards throughout. Working closely with colleagues in the store, you will contribute to both clinical and commercial objectives while building positive relationships with customers and the wider team.
