The Role

This opportunity would suit either an ambitious Dispensing Optician looking to progress into management, or an existing manager seeking the chance to put their own stamp on a successful practice.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting patients with expert dispensing advice, leading by example, and helping drive continued growth and service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified Dispensing Optician with strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for customer care.

You will be confident in dispensing, team support, and building strong patient relationships. Previous supervisory or management experience would be advantageous, although not essential for someone with the right ambition and attitude.
