About the Role

The Optical Sales Advisor position is varied and customer-facing, focusing on delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients (meet and greet)
• Answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments
• Pre-screening patients prior to eye examinations
• Advising on frame and lens options
• Dispensing, fittings, adjustments, and repairs
• Managing collections and general reception duties
