Flame Health Optometry have been instructed to recruit a Specialist Optometrist for a full-time, on-site role in Sutton, Greater London and Surrey, working across nearby locations in the wider area. The salary is up to £67,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with a bonus scheme and access to funded professional development. This post will suit a fully GOC registered optometrist who wants to combine high-quality clinical care with ongoing learning and patient trust.
This role is centered on delivering comprehensive sight tests and eye examinations, alongside visual field and retinal imaging assessments. You will provide clear advice on eye health and preventative care, using the latest technology to give patients a detailed picture of their vision and overall eye health.
You will work as part of a friendly team and report to the Branch Manager, supporting with performance tracking and helping to improve results across the branch. You will also be responsible for keeping equipment in good condition and ensuring it is maintained to a high standard. The role includes working with advanced imaging tools such as Optomap and OCT, which are part of the enhanced eye health assessments offered to patients of all ages.
