The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you’ll play a key part in shaping their new 2026 brand launch, supporting customers both online and offline while helping to establish the identity and success of the new operation.
Providing exceptional, personalised customer care
Offering clear, confident optical advice
Supporting the launch and daily running of the new brand
Upholding values of trust, quality, and customer-first service
Working closely with in-house opticians and wider clinical teams
Assisting customers with contact lens queries, orders, and eye care guidance
