Flame Health Hearing Care are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Paediatric Audiologist to join a leading independent hearing care provider in South East London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated clinician with a passion for paediatric hearing care, who is looking to take the next step in their audiology career within a modern, supportive, and patient-centred environment.


About the Role:

As a Paediatric Audiologist, you will deliver comprehensive hearing assessments and management plans for children of all ages. You’ll be working in well-equipped clinics, providing a high standard of diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting, and ongoing care.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a desire to work within a team that prioritises both clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed paediatric hearing assessments, diagnostic tests, and rehabilitation services
  • Fit and fine-tune digital hearing aids and assistive listening devices for children
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to children, parents, and caregivers
  • Develop and deliver tailored care plans to support each child’s hearing and communication needs
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists, GPs, and educational professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records in accordance with data protection standards
  • Participate in training, CPD, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to community engagement and awareness activities promoting children’s hearing health

About You:

  • Qualified Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser (HCPC Registered)
  • Previous experience in paediatric audiology (essential or demonstrable interest)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
  • Patient-centred approach with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in recommending appropriate hearing solutions
  • Positive, proactive, and caring personality
