The Role

As an Optical Advisor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in both front-of-house operations and team leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting the Optical Advisor team
Dispensing and frame styling
Delivering exceptional customer care at every patient touchpoint
Supporting day-to-day practice operations
Acting as a role model for service standards and professionalism

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as an Optical Advisor (supervisory experience desirable)
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated
Willingness to support team development and practice success
Managing 4-5 staff menbers
