Flame Health’s Optometry division have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced  Optical Advisor to join this Independent optical practice with locations based in the North East .

You will be a skilled and experienced Optical Advisor who delivers excellent customer service and have experience dispensing a variety of lens types to patients of all ages. 
It is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations here, which gives great job and customer satisfaction 
Our client will encourage and support you in your dispensing career and welcome ideas and training to develop your role to push you further..

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense spectacles, lenses, and optical products based on patients’ prescriptions and specific needs.
• Adjust and repair frames 
• Deliver high-quality customer service, making patients feel informed and comfortable about their choices.
• Provide personalised advice on frames and lens 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends 
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless patient experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in an optical practice
• Strong ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Experience of dispensing
