About the Opportunity
An excellent opportunity is available for an Optical Advisor to join a well-regarded independent optical group in the South Buckinghamshire area.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused, service-led environment, where quality and attention to detail are key.
The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the practice, assisting patients throughout their visit and helping to deliver a high standard of service.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will contribute to a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with dispensing, supporting frame styling, carrying out adjustments and fittings, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service.

Previous optical or retail experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Professional and approachable manner
Willingness to learn and develop within optics
