Flame Health’s Optometry Division have a unique, exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Optical Advisor to join this fantastic, Independent optician practice based in the Coventry area.

You must have previous optical experience to apply for this role.

Your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a successful team, ensuring that you perform to the best of your abilities. This will mean providing a high level of customer service at all times to every patient in this busy and dynamic practice.

Duties will be Dispensing, supporting customers, booking appointments meet and greet customers, provide a consistent high level of customer service, helping with, pre screen responsibilities, measurements and adjustments, advising and helping choose the most suitable frames, working with and supporting a team of Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians.
