Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist for a clinic in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire. The role is salaried at circa £40,000 DOE, with a £5,064 car allowance and a monthly bonus scheme, and will suit a clinician who values autonomy, clinical quality, and the backing of a well-supported environment.
This is an established clinic-based position with full ownership of performance, customer outcomes, and the standard of care delivered day to day. You will provide customer-centric hearing care, support people throughout their hearing care journey, and confidently recommend solutions from the full product portfolio. The role also includes acting as an ambassador for the brand, building long-term customer relationships, and working flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends to meet demand.
The clinic is designed to support high-quality appointments, with advanced diagnostic assessments, structured diaries that allow time for personalised consultations, and strong operational and administrative support. You will also benefit from access to the latest hearing technology and product innovation, with scope to contribute to how hearing care is delivered across the wider clinic network.

Applicants should hold a BSc in Audiology, or an equivalent qualification, together with HCPC registration. The client is looking for an audiologist with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, strong clinical audit results, and full CPD compliance.
You should also bring commercial awareness, a customer-focused approach, and strong administrative and organisational skills. Comfort working flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, will also be important in this role. [suggestion: confidence working independently in a clinic environment] would be an advantage.
