Flame Health Audiology is working with our client to appoint an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist in Bracknell, offering a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a £5,064 annual car allowance and monthly bonus scheme. This position suits an experienced clinician who combines strong audiological expertise with a customer-focused and commercially aware approach.

About the Job

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will take ownership of your clinic, clinical performance, and customer outcomes. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, expert fittings, and dedicated aftercare, supporting customers throughout their complete hearing care journey.

Working in a modern, well-equipped clinic, you will have access to advanced diagnostic assessments, the latest hearing technology, structured diaries, and strong operational and administrative support. You will recommend appropriate solutions from the full product portfolio, build lasting customer relationships, and represent our client as an ambassador. The role may include some evening and weekend work to meet customer demand.

The position also offers ongoing CPD, clinical development, and exposure to innovation across hearing technology, with progression available into senior, lead, mentoring, multi-site, or regional opportunities.
