Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert spectacle dispensing to the highest professional standards
Support the optical team in daily practice operations
Oversee pre-screening, patient journey, and clinic flow
Ensure compliance with GOC and industry regulations
Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance development
Support commercial targets and overall store performance
Work collaboratively to maintain an efficient and patient-focused environment
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with strong clinical expertise and a passion for patient care, alongside an interest in leadership and team development.
