Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist for an onsite role in Bristol, with a salary of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum. This position will suit a HCPC-registered audiologist with proven experience in hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and patient care, and will appeal to someone who combines technical skill with a genuinely person-centred approach.
You will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests, then fit and programme hearing aids to meet each patient’s individual needs. The role also includes providing advice, education and ongoing support so patients can use their devices confidently and effectively, along with maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting where required.
Accuracy matters in this post, so you will maintain clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards. You will work closely with support staff to help deliver high-quality care, while staying up to date with developments in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuing professional development. The role gives you the chance to work with the latest hearing technology in a professional setting where patient needs remain central.
Our client is a well-established name in optometry and hearing care, with a reputation built around professional standards and patient-focused service. The business offers a working environment where clinical work is valued and where the right tools and technology are available to help you perform at a high level.
The package includes a competitive salary and benefits, together with a company car or car allowance, 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays pro-rata, and a generous staff discount scheme. For an audiologist who wants a role with practical impact and access to current hearing care equipment, this is a strong fit.
We are looking for a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist who is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and has proven experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids. Strong clinical judgement, excellent communication and a patient-centred approach are essential, as is the ability to provide empathetic and effective care.
You should be comfortable working as part of a team and committed to ongoing learning, with the confidence to keep pace with developments in hearing technology. A genuine interest in helping people improve their hearing will be important throughout the role.
This role will suit an audiologist who enjoys direct patient contact and wants to make a visible difference through careful assessment and considered fitting. It is a good match for someone looking for a stable full-time post in a professional environment, with room to continue developing expertise and deepen experience with modern hearing solutions.
The role is based in Bristol and is onsite, within a medical centre setting. The city offers strong transport connections and a busy urban setting with easy access to local amenities.
