Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our well-established independent dental client in the Bridgend area. This opportunity has arisen due to the departure of one of their valued team members.

The successful candidate will inherit a thriving patient base and enjoy a supportive and well-equipped environment to excel in their role.
 
Key Details:

• Focus: General basic dentistry (e.g., checkups, scale and polish, fillings) with opportunities to provide more complex treatments.
• Patient Base: Inherits an existing list of patients alongside new patient opportunities.
• Earnings: 70K – £90k per annum based on working 5 days per week.
• Private to NHS Ratio: 85% Private / 15% NHS. The small NHS contract focuses on children only. An NHS performer number is advantageous but not essential.
• Software & Equipment: Dentally practice management software, Digital Scanners, and CT Scanners available.
• Support Team: Includes Treatment Coordinators to assist with patient care.

Terms:

• good percentage share on all private treatments.
• good UDA value (DOE)
• Lab and Patient Finance Expenses shared 50/50.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Weekends: Closed
