JOB Details:

Job Overview

Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit a Mobile Hearing Aid Audiologist for a multi-store position covering established clinics across the Luton area.

Offering circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a £5,064 annual car allowance, paid mileage and monthly bonus scheme, this role will suit an experienced clinician seeking greater variety, autonomy and regional influence.

About the Job

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will deliver customer-focused hearing care across several modern, well-equipped clinics. You will maintain clinical standards, support positive customer outcomes and provide continuity of care across the region.

The position includes access to advanced diagnostic equipment, the latest hearing technology and a full product portfolio. Structured diaries, centralised administration and clear regional planning are in place to support high-quality consultations. Travel between locations is central to the role and may include some evenings or weekends where required.

You will also act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams, confidently recommending suitable hearing solutions and contributing to performance improvement and best-practice sharing.

About the Employer

Our client is an established hearing care provider operating across a network of clinics within the health and human services sector. Its sites are supported by strong local teams, centralised administration, modern equipment and ongoing investment in technology and clinical development.

The organisation provides access to a broad product portfolio and offers clinicians the opportunity to influence how hearing care is delivered across multiple locations. Benefits include 25–30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a discount card, pension and life assurance, flexible benefits, wellbeing support and long-service recognition.

What We Are Looking For

You will need a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification, together with current HCPC registration and at least two years’ post-qualification experience. Strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements are also essential.

The successful candidate will bring commercial awareness alongside a clear customer focus, with the confidence to recommend appropriate solutions from a full hearing care portfolio. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are required, as is the ability to plan effectively across multiple clinics.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are mandatory, as regular travel between sites is a core part of the position.

Who This Role Suits

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to broaden their impact beyond a single clinic. It will appeal to someone motivated by clinical autonomy, variety and the opportunity to support standards and performance across several locations, with future progression into senior, regional, mentoring or leadership pathways.

Job Location

The role is based across clinics in and around Luton, Bedfordshire. Luton is served by strong road and rail connections, including direct links to London and the surrounding region.
