Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to appoint an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist in Cannock, offering a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus a £5,064 annual car allowance and monthly bonus scheme. This position suits an experienced clinician seeking autonomy, strong operational support, advanced hearing technology and the opportunity to take ownership of an established clinic.
As Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will manage clinic performance, customer outcomes and the complete hearing care journey. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, expert fittings and dedicated aftercare, while recommending suitable solutions from the full product portfolio.
The clinic provides advanced diagnostic assessments, access to the latest hearing technology and structured appointment diaries that allow time for personalised consultations. Strong administrative and operational support will help you focus on clinical care and customer relationships. The role may require flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in response to customer demand.
You will also have access to ongoing CPD, clinical development and exposure to innovation across the wider hearing technology group. Longer-term progression may include senior clinical, lead, mentoring, multi-site or regional opportunities.
Our client is an established hearing care provider operating within the health and human services sector. It combines personalised audiological care with modern hearing technology, supporting customers through assessment, fitting and aftercare.
The organisation provides the stability, investment and resources of a wider international hearing technology group, while allowing clinicians to maintain ownership of their clinic and customer outcomes. Benefits include 25–30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a discount card, pension and life assurance, flexible benefits, wellbeing support and long-service recognition.
You must hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC. The role requires at least two years of post-qualification experience, alongside strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements.
You will bring commercial awareness while maintaining a customer-focused approach, with the confidence to recommend appropriate hearing solutions. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are important, as is the ability to build lasting customer relationships and manage clinic responsibilities independently.
This role is suited to an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to take greater ownership of their clinic while continuing to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care. It may appeal to a clinician looking for professional autonomy, access to current technology and a clear route towards senior, mentoring or broader operational responsibilities.
