Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to recruit an established Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite position in Caterham. Offering circa £40,000 depending on experience, a £5,064 annual car allowance and monthly bonus scheme, this role suits an experienced clinician seeking autonomy, strong operational support and access to advanced hearing technology.
As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will take ownership of the clinic, customer outcomes and overall performance. You will deliver personalised hearing care, complete advanced diagnostic assessments, recommend appropriate solutions from the full product portfolio and support customers throughout their hearingcare journey.
You will build lasting customer relationships while acting as an ambassador for the organisation. The clinic provides structured diaries, modern equipment, the latest hearing technology and strong administrative support, allowing time for thorough consultations and consistent clinical standards. The role requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends in response to customer demand.
Our client operates within the health and human services sector and is part of a wider international hearingcare group. Its work combines personalised audiological care, comprehensive assessments, expert fittings and dedicated aftercare with developments in hearing technology, including hearing aids and cochlear implants.
The organisation provides the scale, stability and investment of an established network while supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality care. It also offers ongoing CPD, exposure to innovation and opportunities to progress into senior, mentoring, multi-site or regional positions.
You will hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC. At least two years’ post-qualification experience is required, together with strong clinical audit results and compliance with CPD requirements.
The successful candidate will combine sound clinical judgement with commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are important, alongside the ability to manage clinic performance, maintain high standards and build trusted relationships with customers. Confident communication and a proactive approach to professional development would support success in this position.
This opportunity is suited to an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who is ready to take ownership of an established clinic and make a meaningful contribution to customer care and performance. It will appeal to someone seeking clinical autonomy, continued development and a clear route towards senior, mentoring or wider operational responsibilities.
The role is based onsite in Caterham, Surrey.
