Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to appoint an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist for a new clinic in Wood Green, London. Offering a salary of circa £43,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus scheme, this role suits an experienced clinician seeking greater autonomy, commercial ownership, and access to advanced hearing technology.
You will take responsibility for the clinic’s performance, customer outcomes, and day-to-day hearing care delivery. The role includes comprehensive assessments, personalised consultations, expert fittings, aftercare, and support throughout the customer’s complete hearing care journey.
Working with advanced diagnostic equipment and the latest hearing technology, you will confidently recommend appropriate solutions from the full product portfolio. Structured diaries, strong administrative support, and a modern clinic environment are designed to give you time for considered clinical decision-making. The position may include some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
Our client operates within the health and human services sector and is part of a wider international hearing care and technology group. The organisation combines personalised audiological care with ongoing innovation, including hearing aids and cochlear implants, to help people remain connected with those around them.
The Wood Green clinic is established and supported by a loyal customer base. Employees benefit from clinical development, exposure to new technology, operational backing, and opportunities to progress into senior, mentoring, multi-site, or regional positions. The package includes 25–30 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a Boots Discount Card, pension and life assurance, flexible benefits, wellbeing support, and long-service awards.
You will hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC. At least two years of post-qualification experience is required, together with strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements.
The successful candidate will combine sound clinical judgement with a customer-focused mindset and commercial awareness. Excellent administrative and organisational skills are important, as is the ability to take ownership of a clinic, build lasting customer relationships, and represent the hearing care service professionally. You should also be comfortable working flexibly, including some evenings and weekends where required.
This position is suited to an established Hearing Aid Audiologist who wants greater control over clinical decisions while retaining the stability, support, and investment of a larger organisation. It will appeal to someone motivated by high-quality patient care, strong customer relationships, and the opportunity to contribute to a successful clinic. The role also offers a clear route toward clinical leadership, mentoring, or broader operational responsibility.
The role is based onsite in Wood Green, North London, an established urban area with local shops, services, and transport connections across the capital.
