Flame Health Audiology has been instructed to appoint a Hearing Aid Audiologist for a permanent, full-time position covering Croydon, Bromley and Bexleyheath in South London.
The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 per annum, uncapped monthly commission and additional quarterly and annual bonus opportunities, alongside a car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum or a company car.
It will suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines clinical standards with premium customer care and an aptitude for sales.
Working across South London, you will visit patients in their own homes to conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, for 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility required in line with business needs.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer records on the company CMS system and synchronising them daily, following the standard consultation process, and providing timely, professional after-sales support in response to service calls.
You will receive support from a designated diary coordinator and a team of managers, while keeping your knowledge and skills current in line with HCPC continuing professional development requirements.
Our client operates in the health and human services sector as part of a leading international hearing care organisation. The wider group combines global reach with a local approach, bringing together hearing care professionals, managers, front-desk colleagues and specialist support functions across a diverse workforce.
The organisation focuses on helping more people hear better through personalised care. Its UK operation offers private health insurance after the qualifying period, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, an Employee Assistance Programme, employee discounts, long-service awards and a supportive culture.
You will need current HCPC registration and should be a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or a pre-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. Membership of BSHAA is required, or you must be prepared to become a member. You will also need IT skills sufficient to use company systems and audiometry equipment effectively.
The position requires the ability to deliver comprehensive hearing assessments and hearing solutions in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, together with the BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
Strong time and job management skills are important, enabling you to plan and structure your workload effectively. You should also demonstrate a commitment to premium customer care, professional after-sales service and sales performance.
This position is suited to an HCPC-registered audiologist seeking a field-based role where clinical expertise, customer care and commercial ability are equally valued.
It may appeal to someone looking for a structured permanent position with managerial and diary coordination support, while continuing to develop their professional practice and earning potential.
