Flame Health Audiology are working with our client to appoint a Hearing Aid Audiologist in Glasgow. Offering a basic salary of £40,000, uncapped monthly commission and further bonus opportunities, this permanent position will suit an HCPC-registered professional who combines high standards of patient care with a confident, commercially aware approach.
Working across the Glasgow area and visiting patients in their own homes, you will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments, complete audiograms and recommend the most appropriate hearing solutions. You will provide a premium service throughout the customer journey, including responding to service calls and resolving queries or problems promptly and professionally.
The role involves maintaining accurate customer records on the company CMS system, synchronising information daily and following the standard consultation process. You will work in accordance with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, as well as BSHAA guidance. A designated diary coordinator and supportive management team will assist you in managing a structured workload. The post is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility required in line with business needs.

A car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum, depending on performance and sales, or a company car is also available. Our client is IiP Gold accredited.
You must be a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist or Pre-Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist with current HCPC registration. Membership of BSHAA is required, or you must be prepared to become a member. A full current UK driving licence is essential, as the position involves travelling throughout the Glasgow area and visiting patients in their homes.
You will need the ability to deliver premium customer care, alongside an aptitude for sales and the confidence to recommend suitable hearing solutions. IT skills must support effective use of company systems and audiometry equipment. Strong time and job management abilities are required to organise your workload in a well-planned and structured manner. You must maintain your knowledge and skills in line with HCPC continuing professional development requirements and be eligible to work in the UK or EU without restrictions, as visa sponsorship is not available.
