You will manage your own clinics and provide comprehensive hearing assessments, fittings, and aftercare to a high professional standard. The role includes otoscopy, pure tone audiometry, impression taking, hearing aid programming, and fine-tuning in line with BSA recommendations and company protocols, alongside offering expert guidance and recommending products from a full portfolio to meet individual patient needs.
Accurate record keeping will be an important part of the position, using an electronic patient management system while maintaining compliance with regulatory, professional, and health and safety standards. You will also work toward appointment activity goals, key performance indicators, and revenue targets, while supporting the promotion of hearing care services within the clinic environment.
Our client is a leading and well-established hearing care provider with a clear focus on high-quality, patient-centered audiology services.
