Job Overview

Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with a well-established hearing care provider to recruit a Hearing Aid Audiologist in Penzance.

This permanent, onsite position offers a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum and will suit a qualified HCPC-registered clinician who enjoys delivering patient-focused care and working with modern hearing technology.

About the Job

You will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing, then fit and programme hearing aids to meet individual needs. The role also includes adjustments, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting, alongside patient education and ongoing support to help people get the most from their devices.

You will keep accurate clinical records in line with professional and regulatory standards and work closely with support staff to maintain a high level of service. There is also a clear emphasis on staying current with developments in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development.

What We Are Looking For

You must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and have experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids. We are also looking for someone who works well as part of a team and is committed to ongoing learning.
