Job Title: Clinical Audiologist
Locations: East Sussex (Eastbourne, Rye, Hastings and Heathfield)
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to support the search for a Clinical Audiologist based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, with work across East Sussex clinics in Rye, Hastings and Heathfield. The role offers a base salary of ÂŁ40,000 to ÂŁ45,000 plus uncapped commission, and will suit a clinically confident audiologist who is comfortable with variety, values patient care, and wants to deliver strong hearing outcomes across both NHS and private work.
This role combines in-clinic appointments with home visits, so you will need to be flexible and confident in adapting your approach to each patient. Day to day, you will carry out hearing assessments and consultations, recommend and fit hearing aids, and make the adjustments needed to support the best possible results.
You will also provide aftercare and follow-up support, maintain accurate patient records in line with HCPC and company standards, and manage stock of hearing aids and related equipment. The position involves working with both NHS and private patients, with a clear focus on dependable, high-quality hearing care.

A degree in Audiology or an equivalent qualification is required, along with HCPC registration. We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a qualified Audiologist and who is comfortable managing a varied caseload across clinic-based appointments and home visits.
A full UK driving licence is essential. You will also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a thorough and compliant approach to record keeping, and a clear commitment to patient-focused care. Experience in both NHS and private audiology settings is preferred.
