Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to work with a hearing care provider seeking a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, permanent role based in the Loughton area. This position offers a basic salary of £40,000, uncapped monthly commission, and the chance to earn quarterly and annual bonuses, alongside a generous car allowance or company car. It will suit a confident clinician who enjoys premium customer care, has an aptitude for sales, and is comfortable working in patients’ own homes.
You will carry out comprehensive hearing assessments, recommend and provide the most appropriate hearing solutions, and ensure all work is completed within the required time scales and in line with HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, as well as the BSHAA code of practice and guidelines. The role also involves completing audiograms and customer records accurately on the company CMS system and synchronising these daily.
You will work closely with a designated diary coordinator and a supportive management team, following company working practices including the standard consultation. A key part of the role is delivering premium after-sales service by responding to service calls and resolving queries promptly and professionally, while keeping your knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.
Our client is a well-established hearing care business operating within a large international group, with a collaborative culture and a strong emphasis on support. The environment is described as motivating and diverse, with colleagues working across different countries, cultures and perspectives.
The wider package reflects that people are valued, with benefits including private health insurance after the qualifying period, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, an employee assistance programme, employee discounts, long service awards, and a supportive culture. The organisation is also IiP Gold accredited.
This role requires a HCPC qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, or a Pre-Registered HAD, with current HCPC registration. You should be a member of BSHAA, or prepared to become one, and have IT skills sufficient to use the company systems and audiometry equipment.
We are looking for someone with strong time and job management skills, enabling a planned and structured approach to workload. Just as important is the ability to provide premium customer care and demonstrate an aptitude for sales, while maintaining professional standards and keeping CPD up to date.
This role will suit a qualified or near-qualified audiologist who wants a permanent, full-time post with a clear structure and strong operational support. It will appeal to someone who enjoys combining clinical work with a consultative sales approach and wants to develop within a business that places value on service and professionalism.
The role is based in Loughton, Essex, with work carried out in patients’ own homes. The area is well connected by local transport links and sits within easy reach of London and surrounding Essex locations.
