Flame Health are currently working in partnership with a well-established independent optometry practice in Romford to recruit a dedicated and customer-focused Optical Advisor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected Essex-based practice known for delivering exceptional patient care and personalised optical services.

The Opportunity

Position: Optical Advisor
Location: Romford, Essex
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £26,000 basic (depending on experience)

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Optical Advisor or an individual with strong retail optical experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You should demonstrate:

• Previous experience within an optical practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in frame styling and dispensing support
• A patient-first approach
• The ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team

Experience supporting clinical services such as myopia management or NHS pathways would be advantageous but is not essential.
