Role Details

• Position: Receptionist
• Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Salary: £12.21 per hour
• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house duties
• Booking and managing appointments
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Processing payments and administrative tasks
• Supporting clinicians and the wider team as required
