Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to play a key role in a UK market expansion within the premium eyewear / optical sector. This is a highly autonomous, senior-level position focused on building and scaling regional distribution through premium independent opticians and boutique retailers.

Two roles are available, covering North UK and South UK, offering significant responsibility and long-term growth potential.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in eyewear, optics, or premium consumer goods
• Strong existing relationships with independent opticians and premium optical retailer
• Proven success in regional sales, field sales, or brand development
• Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
• Highly autonomous and comfortable in a launch / growth environment
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
