Business Development & Performance Manager

Location: London | Salary: £55,000 | Hours: Monday – Friday

A brand-new opportunity to join a specialist orthodontic practice in London. Our client is renowned for a patient-centered approach, high-quality treatment planning, and modern orthodontic techniques. Following a period of growth and success, they are now seeking a Business Development & Performance Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance

• Maximise building and treatment room capacity, working towards 100% occupancy.
• Manage costs and proactively identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain practice debt at acceptable levels.

Growth and Development

• Plan and execute patient marketing initiatives and open events.
• Organise and run three group-wide business development events to attract new GDPs, strengthen existing relationships, and increase patient numbers.
• Regularly monitor referrals and visits from GDPs.
• Track Associate productivity and identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Compliance

• Ensure all areas of practice compliance are complete, accurate, signed, and regularly updated.

Leadership

• Lead line managers and team leaders to efficiently manage day-to-day operations and maintain high staff morale.
• Conduct regular team meetings, team-building activities, and social events.
• Recruit, train, and ensure adequate coverage for all staff positions during absences.

NHS Performance

• Actively manage, monitor, and ensure 100% delivery of NHS contractual UOA targets in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Highlight risks or concerns and propose actionable solutions to the Operations Manager or Business Manager.
• Ensure weekly NHS claim entries are accurate and EDI-ready.
