Flame Health Optometry are looking to recruit a Regional Manager within the North Yorkshire/Cumbria region to join our client who is one of the UK’s leading optical groups.
As a Regional Manager you will effectively lead and manage 26 optical practices within the Yorkshire/Cumbria area. Some of the stores within your remit will include Harrogate, Morpeth, Stockton, Chesterfield, Penrith, Barrow in Furness and Yarm to name a few.
You will ensure total satisfaction is delivered to all customers, in accordance with the commercial philosophy whilst driving KPI’s to maximise regional sales and profitability. You will manage the performance of all Optical Practice Manager’s within the region to ensure they are compliant with the companies policies and procedures at all times. Team development will also play a key part within your role.
The ideal individual will need to have extensive understanding and knowledge of budgets/P&L, good analytical skills, ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment, ability to adapt and implement changes quickly as well as proven managerial experience. This experience should also include working within the optical industry within a senior management position.
