Salary between £60,000 – £65,000 (plus up to a 30% bonus every year & company benefits)
Flame Care have a number of great opportunities for an experienced Home Manager who is RGN qualified to work for a reputable care organisation. The locations we have available are; Birmingham, Herefordshire and Swansea.
This is to work in purpose built care home situated in a quiet residential area. The service specialises in caring for people requiring general or dementia nursing care. There are 76 single en-suite bedrooms, and the accommodation is arranged over two floors.
The ideal Home Manager will be able to take responsibility for the home, managing this business whilst leading a team and being responsible for ensuring the facility operates effectively and is delivering the very best quality care.
To be considered for this role you must be:

• Must be a qualified Registered General Nurse
• Have a valid NMC Pin Number
• Previous Home Management experience is essential
• Must have a proven track record as a Home Manager
• Dementia experience is essential
