Professional Partnership Manager Position in Solent
Flame Health are currently recruiting for the following role in Hampshire, on behalf of our client who operates six private eye hospitals across the UK, as well as locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland.
All of their hospitals are supported by dedicated optometrists and healthcare technicians and over 60 consultant level ophthalmic surgeons who provide a wide range of procedures including Clarivu (refractive lens exchange), laser vision correction, cataract removal, glaucoma, AMD and cosmetic procedures. Our client is committed to the development of eye sciences and championing the latest innovations in vision correction through its dedicated Eye Sciences Division. The company achieves this by partnering with leading UK universities in the research and development of the next generation of ophthalmic services and technologies.
Professional Partnership Manager Opportunity - Solent
Salary up to £35,000 p.a.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for the Solent hospital. The role will involve working closely with Optometrists and GPs in the London area to build new and strengthen existing relationships and in doing so, increase the level of enquiries and referrals for both refractive and general eye conditions. The job holder will be an important ambassador for the company, responsible for positioning the company’s brand and services with a number of key channels. The job holder is expected to work flexibly and is likely to spend at least 80% of their time on appointments.
In summary, the job holder is expected to:
- Increase the number of referrals received from professional partners in both the NHS and private sectors in line with hospital targets
- Develop and extend the professional partner programme, where appropriate and agreed with the hospital manager
- Seek new opportunities/channels to market and develop these as appropriate
- Support the development of strategic partnerships e.g. Specsavers
